Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receipt of your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive a further notification when your order has been dispatched. Please allow 3 to 9 days (transit time) for your order to arrive at your address (the address you provided during the payment process).
Delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service issues beyond our control.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of payment.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to be available.
